DAY 1: WELCOME – RECEPTION
Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, the Biodiversity Capital of Peru, We will receive you at the airport. Then, we will start our program with a bus tour of the city.

Afterwards, we will go to Puerto Capitanía, to board a motorized boat, and we will sail by the Bajo Madre de Dios River. During the trip, we will immerse ourselves in a fascinating natural environment, with luck we will observe Ronsocos, Alligators, Turtles, Herons, Cormorants and other species of animals.

At our lodge, you will be greeted with delicious Amazonian tropical fruit nectar, and driven to your comfortable room (bungalow). A succulent lunch will await you in our cozy dining room with a rustic design.

Satisfied with your palate, you will be led by our specialized guide through a conveniently interpretive trail signposted towards Cocha Caimán, a small lagoon with an abundant presence of specimens of black caiman (Melanosuchus niger) and white caiman (Caiman crocodilus).

At the end of the afternoon, back to the hostel and from the shore of The river will witness the spectacular sunset in the Amazon, an experience full of colors in welcoming ranges and intensities.

In the evening, a delicious dinner will await you, and you will have free time to share unforgettable moments in our bar, equipped with an excellent board games room and stocked with all the drinks you can imagine.

DAY 2: 
The magic begins with the songs of birds from the Amazonian paradise, waking up with the song of the howler monkey (Alouatta senículus). A succulent breakfast will provide you with the necessary energy for a morning full of new experiences.

LAGO SANDOVAL
After a very early breakfast, we will begin a boat trip upriver for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. After this time we will arrive at the entrance to Lake Sandoval, where we will begin a walk of one and a half hours through the lush vegetation of the tropical forest, following the conveniently preserved and signposted trail.

On the journey, we will witness the most varied range of flora and fauna species in the wild. You can see huge trees. Once we reach the channel of Lake Sandoval, we will take a rowing boat to enter the majestic lake.to take a dream walk. Once there you can observe various species in their natural state. You will be able to see birds such as parrots, parrots, toucans, some reptiles such as alligators, various turtles and if luck is with us we will be able to observe the majestic River Otter (Pteronura brasiliensis) in its natural habitat.

After a walk in the lake we will begin the return to the pier, arriving at the Madre de Dios River and travel by canoe towards the Lodge. Arrival at the hostel, where a refreshing lunch will await.

MONKEY ISLAND
In the afternoon, accompanied by our specialized guide, we will visit Monkey Island; a unique place in the heart of the Madre de Dios River, five minutes away from the hostel. During the walk, we will observe extraordinary landscapes, with exuberant flora, sheltering a variety of species of monkeys in their natural habitat, such as Maquisapa, Capuchino, Leoncillo, Fraile and with luck other species of animals, such as the Coati and Sloth Bears as well as a wide variety of birds.

Finally, we will complete our visit to the island, enjoying the sunset, with the most impressive sunset in the jungle. Then, we will return to the hostel and conclude the day with a pleasant dinnera< /span>.

DAY 3: DEPARTURE
After a restful night’s rest, our breakfast awaits you in our dining room before to return to Puerto Maldonado, in time for you to take your flight back to Lima or any other destination.
