TROPICAL INCA CLAUD FOREST TREK TO MACHUPICCHU 4/3

1 DAY
We start our trip in cusco. where we take the transportation to Amaybamba (1800 masl) about 4 hours with 30 minutes by bus, the view of huayopata valley is beautifull and the weather is warm, after having our lunch in Amaybamba we will take a miny bus that will transport us to cochapata about one hour, then we will start our hiking to pasto grande first camp side in one hour along this way you will see a beautifull view of the cusquenian amazon jungle, farms of tea and some kind of birds like eagles and parrots.

2 DAY
This day is amazing we start our trekking (8hrs. Aprox. ), at the beginning is a little up arriving about 2400 masl., the highest point. After walking down and up into the forest we will visit an interesting INKA RUIN named INCA CARCEL, after visiting this place we will continue walking down about two hours arriving a beautiful house where we have lunch place where you can see variety of fruit trees ( papaya, orange, mangoes, pine apple, bananas, and avocado, we’ll see plants of coffee and coca) after lunch we walk two hours and half, we get to COCALMAYO 1400 masl., place where we find wonderful hot springs where you can enjoy with a relaxing shower, after spending a great time we continue to SANTA TERESA village second camp site.

3 DAY
This day is different than the others at the beginning we will cross the river by (OROYA – CABLE CAR), then we will visit a wonderful WATERFALL and optional shower because here is warm. After we walk along the Vilcanota River about three hours arriving to HIDROELECTRICA, where we have lunch then we continue walking about three hours to Aguas Calientes town.

4 DAY
Early in the morning you will have breakfast in the Hostal, after that you will take the first bus to Machupicchu in 30 minutes, you can appreciate the sunrise and other natural wonders, you will have a tour of 2 and half hours with a professional guide who will make your last day an unforgettable experience, after this you have free time to explore, climb Waynapicchu mountain, Inka bridge, sun gate. Then you will go back to Aguas Calientes to have lunch and take the train to go back to Cusco.
